🔄 Reconnect
Force a fresh fetch of all data from Firebase. Use this if data looks stale and a normal refresh hasn't helped — for example after a long sleep or a network change. Safe to use anytime.
🧰 Issues Migration (one-time, admin)
Moves issues into per-customer storage so each customer only sees their own. Step 1: Migrate copies issues into per-customer buckets (safe — keeps originals). After you publish the matching database rules and confirm issues display for every role, Step 2: Clean Up removes the old copies.
